You commented on my modesty and breastfeeding post today- I was just coming to say you can quote from it and link to it, but not copy the whole thing over. I hope that's okay. I also have other posts about breastfeeding at church and different ways I've used layers (and not!). Thanks for liking my post!TopHathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03014761105792283513noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3611978516174636665.post-42405024098774427262011-02-22T21:17:34.496-08:002011-02-22T21:17:34.496-08:00I read some book on the Bradley method of childbir...I read some book on the Bradley method of childbirth, and Ricky Lake's Your Best Birth (also watched the movie Business of Being Born). I thought they were both good. I also had a few I got from the library and didn't read past the first few pages...can't remember what they were though.

For breastfeeding, my favorite book is "So That's What They're For" by Janet Tomaro.Hannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12519685315586889843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3611978516174636665.post-79949431890751173682011-02-11T09:54:09.603-08:002011-02-11T09:54:09.603-08:00I HATE What to Expect, it's a load of drivel. ...I HATE What to Expect, it's a load of drivel. My recommendation is "Our Babies, Ourselves" by Meredith Small. Fabulous book for those that rely a lot on science, for those not exactly in touch with their instincts (coughMEcough).Kristahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06964580963048511157noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3611978516174636665.post-90635408054372721002011-02-10T22:12:08.959-08:002011-02-10T22:12:08.959-08:00She couldn't possibly be more dead-on with Wha...She couldn't possibly be more dead-on with What to Expect. Oh my goodness, that book is one big scare tactic bound up in a pretty bow that makes women think they're not prepared if they haven't read it.
